Welcome to the MetroWest Aquatic Club

The MetroWest Aquatic Club (MAC) is a United States Swimming team that provides a wonderful outlet for young swimmers to not only develop their technical swimming skills, but to also develop important life skills throughout their journey in and around the pool.

Led by Head Coach Alex Cronin, the MAC family consists of a variety of athletes ranging from novice competitors to nationally ranked swimmers.  Coach Alex has a vision to develop young swimmers into talented, well-rounded athletes by focusing on their technical skills during innovative dry land and in-water training.

The team currently consists of six different training groups which are broken out by ability level.  MAC maintains this large systematic series of groups in order to provide each swimmer with the most appropriate and challenging workout while he or she is developing technical proficiency across the four competitive strokes.  MAC purposely keeps its training groups small and its coaching staff large so that our swimmers can benefit from constantly being in the best possible learning and training environment.
